The Supreme Court of of Honduras reinstituted General Romeo Vásquez, but president Manuel Zelaya Rosales still plans this afternoon to announce the new appointment of Edgardo Mejía Murillo as head of the Armed Forces.
The National Congress states this is yet another illegality that President Zelaya is commiting in the recent string of events.
