Honduras, in one of the largest crisis it has faced in many years, has shown one of its ultimate strengths, the people. The people of this country have shown solidarity. They are peaceful, and awaiting direction. The United Nations, the OAS, the United States of America, Venezuela, and Cuba should take note. This is what the people want. Peace, solidarity, and tranquility in the current political situation.
Honduras is in the middle of a coup d’etat , yet they have shown that violence is not the answer and have shown their true demeanor, and remained calm.
The roman catholic church can take credit for guiding their people, as people are praying for the country, their countrymen, freedom of speech, and peace for all.

What happened in Honduras was an example
of how a problem of that nature should be corrected. It was not a military take-over but rather a Due Process of Law. The President broke the law , ignored the Constitution and was
consequently removed from office by the legal
channels of their country. What right does Hugo
Chavez ,the U.S. or anyone else have to entefere in their business. The Supreme Court and Congress of Honduras protected their freedom, liberty, and democracy and did so in the most peaceful way possible . They should be commended for the way it was done , not rediculed. The U. S. President and others should be shamed for not being supportive of a country defending itself against thugs like Hugo Chavez and his followers. Wake – up America !
