The president of Honduras, Roberto Micheletti, said Wednesday that so far there is no agreement on the return of ousted President Manuel Zelaya.
“They are requesting that the Congress is to determine whether or not he can return, but this is a legal matter, it is definitely for the Supreme Court,” said Micheletti.
Tomorrow (Thursday) negotiating teams will resume the dialogue.

I pray this is just a stalling tactic by Micheletti.
zelaya has no rights to office under article 239 of the Constitution of Honduras!!!
oh….. I take that back, zelaya has the right to a trial on 18 crimes, including treason!……. then when he is found guilty……. he has the right to a prison cell for the rest of his life!!!!!!!!

The minority of the supporters of Zelaya do not rule over the majority of supporters for Micheletti in defending the constitution. The majority of the Honduras population do not want Zelaya re-instated in office.

This is not the moment to vacilate, do not give that monster an inch.
The fact alone that he has been calling for Hondurans to go and kill each other for his own benefit shows everybody what kind of a leader he can be if he is allowed to stay, which is what will happen if he is allowed back.
Do not believe anything this people have to say.
They know how to lie, and it is very possible thta they will promise to agree with what ever condtitions are set forth and then turn around and not keep their promise.
How can we, the people of Honduras, trust our leaders if they do not respect the Constitution?
If they allow him back for one minute, that is exactly what Congress and Michelletti will be doing.
Let us show the world that we care for our laws to be maintained and respected.
Lets make it a matter of public record how the intransigence of these so called leadres of the World Organizations are being for punishing us for making our citizens respect our laws, including the president of the Republic.

Tranquilo darlings. Axel is correct. Do not believe anything this people have to say. Remember the M.O. of the left is repeat, repeat, repepeat your lies until everyone thinks it is true.
First of all, the press portrays this as a standoff between Roberto Micheletti, the man, God bless him, and z’liar, as if it were personal. Micheletti is portrayed as being stubborn, hard headed, etc., which completely ignores the point that this is a matter of law. “They are requesting that the Congress is to determine whether or not he can return, but this is a legal matter, it is definitely for the Supreme Court,” said Micheletti. This is the perfect definitive answer. Read that and weep … Clinton, Obama and Koh and all you supposed law school graduates who supposedly swore to uphold the constitution. This will give the court an opportunity to confirm, once again, that Zelaya is an outlaw and his future will be a prison cell.

The possibilities for Z’liar to come back into office get slimmer by the minute. The US media is becoming kinder to the Micheletti government. The negociations are geared now to get the mariachi out of the Brazilian embassy and get him to go into exile. Things will work out! Micheletti’s words upholding the law are positive, not negative.

Correct my freedom loving compatriots, this is a matter of legalities, which the leftist chooses to ignore simply due to the same reasons they reject anything they do not like, because it does not match their plans and dreams.
It does not matter how much noise they make, it is only lies and halftruths, you ar right, Micheletti did not seek office, the Congress and the Supreme Court and the Electoral Tribunal put him there as a consequence of a violation to the Constitution of Honduras.
