The mission sent from the United States to meet in Honduras about the political stalemate, will consist of the undersecretary of state for Latin America, Thomas Shannon, Assistant Secretary of State, Craig Kelly, and White House aide for Latin America, Dan Restrepo.
“We will meet with a wide range of social and political persons to continue to advance the resolution of the Honduran crisis,” Shannon told reporters.
The delegation stated they will meet with people on both sides of the conflict.

honduras got no crisis………zelaya got a crisis he got stopped doing illegal things there are 18 charges pending against him ……….more now with the more than 30 million lps removed from the central bank i think as soon as he is officially charged his freinds will dwindel fast…………so call it mell s crisis ….

This sounds like the same rethoric and tactics that Jimmy Carter and his people use.
All of the above listed have been attacking and insulting Honduras and its people in an attempt to reinstate Zelaya, as if he was wrongly ousted from office, totally choosing to ignore the fact that he broke the laws of our Consttitution and turning a blind eye to all of Zelaya’s warmongering while he openly calls for blood shed in Honduras for his own benefit.
Zelaya is not a man that can identify himself with the poor of Honduras, he has no idea what being poor is, he grew up surrounded by money and riches, his family has been a holder of hughe amounts of land for decades and have also been making ilegal money (breaking the law again) for many years by cutting down trees without permits and selling the wood without paying taxes for it.
This thing about killing political enemies is nothing new for his family either, many of us remmenber ‘The Pozo Malacate” incident, where thay found both political and economics enemies buried in a well in his father’s land.
In other words, the Zelaya family is not one that allows for their enemies to get away with a win that easily.
Please Honduras, if these guys come in and ask anything, make sure that they are asking both sides, that both sides are properly represented, and to show them that Socialist thinking people in Honduras are a very small minority, and also make sure that they are aware that the meetings are being recorded for public showing, no hidden agendas, and by all means, get them to publically read article 239 of the Constitution, so that not one of them can not say any more that the motion to oust Zelaya was not legal and antidemocratic, because it was not.
Descriminatory? Maybe, but it is no secret that we do not aprove of Leftist governments, even less if its Honduras who would be ruled by one.
We have to find a way to get them to prove to us their case, since they are the acussers when they say that we acted ilegally, the documentation shows that they are lying, we need for somebody who is both neutral, credible and respected to start reading those documents, so that we can start our legal battle to clean our name.
Honduras, the fact that they are coming here can be used to prove to the World that Honduras has made a choice, the same one that we have chosen for many decades already:
