Judges of the Supreme Court are expected to meet today to decide on if they should issue a legal opinion on the status of Manuel Zelaya, as requested by Congress. Initially, the head of the Supreme Court said they could not issue such an opinion because of pending litigation by Zelaya; however, a meeting of the 15 judges was called for today to confirm or deny that position.
The Court is one of the bodies Congress has consulted before its 128 deputies convene a special session to vote on the return of Manuel Zelaya, as outlined in the Tegucigalpa-San Jose agreement signed between the parties on October 30th.
The Human Rights Commission is another of the bodies consulted by Congress, and it issued its report on Tuesday, although it is not known at present the content of its report.

don’t know why these judges find it difficult to issui an opinion on zelayas removel………. all they have to say is……….our decision made in june has not changed…………that is simple and save ………….and that reinforses and protects the june decision……….
