The Democratic Unification Party confirmed that they will participate in the general elections, and Cesar Ham will be their presidential candidate.
UD party candidate, Cesar Ham, who previously abandoned participation in elections in support of Zelaya’s return to office, explained his change of mind by saying, “The idea is to have an anti-coup political force in Congress that is able to promote a new Constitution, completing the fight in the streets.”
