The projects are being developed by SOPOSA and COHESSA, and will power about 45,000 Honduran homes between them.
The plants will be built between December this year and March 2015.
Canadian Solar carries out most of its production in China.
Last month fellow Chinese supplier Yingli Solar said it won a contract to supply more than 24MW of PV modules for the Pavana Solar Park in the city of Choluteca in southern Honduras.
Honduras aims to cover 60% of its electricity demand with renewable resources by 2020. To reach that goal it has implemented net energy metering, a feed-in tariff and tax incentives.
