The judges of the judiciary have refrained from giving their opinion because there is pending an appeal against the decree by which the parliament deposed Manuel Zelaya. They cannot comment on pending cases, therefore they cannot render an opinion at this point.
Another argument the Supreme Curt of Justice had, was that they can only rule in cases of amendments to codes that are part of the country’s legal framework, and are known by Congress.

Don’t panic Al. Congress doesn’t want to vote on this before the election because most of them are running in the election
i don’t think zelaya will come back in becouse if they reverse an earlier decision ,, that is in efect saying we made a mistake and than they leave them selves open for all kinds of lawsuits ……… all the congress men have to remember ………..who voted them in; those are the people they represent ………. not obama ,clinton or zelaya…………
This is called “passing the bucket”. Now I know Z’liar will be reinstated.
they should not danse around this…..they can at least say that in the………. absense of a new [and unnessary ] ruling the ruling made by the 15 judges in november still stand of course…… [i think it was unanimus]………………this would help congress
