The Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE) presented the National Voter Definitive (CNED – Censo Nacional Electoral Definitivo) report on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, which states that 5,252,665 Hondurans may vote in the upcoming Honduras 2013 elections.
According to a report by the National Registry of Persons (RNP – Registro Nacional de las Personas), 114,552 Hondurans will join in the electoral process, and unlike 2012, about 37,443 will be ineligible to cast their vote in the general elections this November.
The TSE also delivered the Change of Address 2013 form, which is a document that must be distributed to every municipal civil registry in the country.
