According to the Social Forum of External Debt and Development of Honduras (Foro Social de la Deuda Externa y Desarrollo de Honduras – FOSDEH), the Honduran Government has already exceeded the General Budget of Revenues and Expenditures of the Republic by 1,056 million lempiras for the 2012 year.
The Vice Chairman of FOSDEH, Ralph Flores, said that the institutions that have exceeded their budget for the year, consist of the Family Allowance Program (PRAF) by 811 million lempiras; the Presidential Office, by 91 million; the Ministry of Finance, by 83 million; the Ministry of Social Development at 21 million over, and the Ministry of Indigenous and African Descendants exceeded their allowance by 12 million.
