After the capture of the alleged killer of the Executive Héctor Leonel Flores, the San Pedro Sula Court, ordered the judicial arrest for Marvin Edgardo Cruz this Sunday during the hearing of which the accused was ordered.
Once a special unit team of deaths of high impact of national direction of Criminal investigation (DNIC) captured him yesterday in Santa Cruz de Yojoa Marvin Edgardo Cruz, 33, he is assumed responsible for the killing of Héctor Leonel Flores which occurred early Friday morning.
The alleged murderer used the victims credit card. Saturday in a shopping centre in Santa Cruz de Yojoa.
Cruz has a criminal record for attempted murder and was being investigated for aggravated robbery, illicit association and illegal carrying of arms.
Police said that investigations continues to determine if there is more  involved in this crime. Héctor Leonel Flores served as corporate head of organizational development of the Opsa group publisher of the Honduran Newspapers known as La Prensa, El Heraldo and Diez.
Hector Flores, 35, was stabbed to death. His body was found Friday.Authorities said the motive was not robbery, as nothing was taken from the home.
Neighbors said Flores hosted a party at his home Thursday night, but none of them heard or saw any indications of violence at the residence.
