At press conference held this Wednesday morning, President Porfirio Lobo Sosa offered a reward of 3 million lempiras for anyone giving valid information on the killers of journalist Angel Alfredo Villatoro. The telephone number to call with information for this purpose is 2222 – 1111.
From the Presidential Palace, the Honduran President pointed out that the authorities are working to shed light on the murder of the reporter, and that all information which may help to establish the whereabouts of the perpetrators of the crime will be vital.
“I must reiterate my conviction that democracy, justice, the Honduran people, and the legitimate authorities shall prevail over this crime and these criminals”, proclaimed the President of Honduras.
