Supreme Court of Justice Talks

In an official notice, the Supreme Court of Justice explained that the Armed Forces acted lawfully in stopping the President and seizing the illegal survey material that the President had distributed against Judicial order.

It has been confirmed that the President of the Congress, Robert Micheletti, will be assuming the Presidency of the Republic in a matter of hours.

After the military arrested and removed Manuel Zelaya Rosales from the country, according to the law, the president of the Legislature must assume the position.

For the people who say that President Mel Zelaya’s intention is only to establish a dictarorship in Honduras are misinformed and obviously know nothing about the situation in my country. The Congress in Honduras is trying to sabotage Zelaya’s work and are making people believe that he is guilty when they are the trouble makers. We all hope Mel can retake his governemnt with the support of the entire world and the congress can go back to work in other jobs. They are incompeent to the task they have been given. Mel you have the support of millions of people outside Honduras at this time.

The Supreme Court of Justice and the Congress of Honduras have taken the first step of the correct thing to do.

The second must be a short reasonable explanation and with base in the constitution from the country o Honduran, to his people and to the world.

Third to summon to elections according to the established by the constitution.

Quarter: To maintain the separation of powers, to limit the political power and to protect the Individual Rights of the man.

When a man intend to show himself with a superior Moral, superior Ethics and the tried to be responsible and guarding of the goodness or the people and without personal ambitions; that man is a Liar.

Its intention is to become a dictator!

Example: The Castros in Cuba, Chávez in Venezuela, Morales in Bolivia, Ortega in Nicaragua, Correas in Ecuador.

And the disturbing thing is, now Obama wants to condemn them for this. Could it be that he would like to follow in the footsteps of Zelaya, and ignore the Constitution of the United States?
