Not bad, last one I heard of was Jimmy Carter and claimed that elections held by Hugo Chavez in Venezuela were fraud free, Yeah Right!!.
So maybe we do not need one, we can document everything and get monitors from other countries who are less hostile to Honduras in this times.
I can’t believe how this people are playing games with the upcoming elections in Honduras, at that time Manuel Zelaya would have to walk away anyway, unless he had managed to get his way and gotten the right to stay longer, which is something that Honduras does not need from him, he is too close to Chavez, and therefore a danger to future freedom in Honduras.
How can all this so called “Democratic” goverments be pushing to negate the validity of scheduled elections, following which a new President would have taken over anyway, sounds more like they agree to impose upon the Honduran people a Communist dictator no matter what.
