During this working meeting on Wednesday afternoon, both leaders
analyzed the state of bilateral relations and expressed their common interest in strengthening existing cooperation ties.
They also spoke about the current challenges that Cuba and Honduras face amidst today’s complex world economic situation and other topics of regional and international interest.
The meeting took place in the presence of Cuban First VP Jose Ramon Machado Ventura and Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla.
Also present were Honduran FM Patricia Rodas Vaca and Xiomara Hortencia Zelaya Castro, daughter of the Central American leader.
