Uncle Sam, wanting to be part of a majority does not automatically make you one.

The majority of Hondurans have demostrated and proved their rejection of Zelaya and his ideology.

You and your people seem to be very courageous when you attack inocent people and destroy business, but only because you know that the moment somebody tries to stop you the Humans Right people will come to your rescue, which by the way, makes me wonder how is it, by what formula those people determinw which humans have rights, since they seem to be very deceptive.

US calls the vandalism, property distruction, and looting true democracy. This is not democrcy it is anarchy and shows us where Zelaya would lead us.

But it is all consistant with Zelaya’s past acts of looting the Treasury and trying to overthrow the Constitution. He has no respect for the rule law. His concept of democracy is one in which he can do as he chooses. Zelaya and his followers, who are a minority, seek power at any price.

Until now the Police and the Army have acted with great restraint. However, if the lawlessness does not stop the time for restraint may be over.
The Constitution, the organic law, is what seperates us form anarchy. Ours is a government of LAW not the MOB.

Excellent Job by the Honduran Army and Policia for maintaining control of the security situation in the capital of Honduras.

A message to Zelaya supporters, Che Guevara is dead, Dictatorship rule is dying, and Socialism is not going to be around for long. They are better off staying home and obeying the curfew put in place by the interim government.

You are totally correct. We are in Honduras, and the internet connection is not as we would like. We encourage you to monitor other avenues for the information you need. We do our best when we have the proper connection to keep you up to date. Thank you for your support and attendance.

  10. Uncle Sam  September 23, 2009 at 4:43 pm

Sure Rob. You golpistas want to lock up or enslave 70 percent of the Honduran people and force them to do whatever the rich minority wants them to do. You also want to hide the truth and flush democracy down the toilet, while calling ‘oligarchy’, “democracy”.

I don’t have to ask you what world you live in, because I know. You live in denial of the truth, in a fantasy land.

The time has come for true democracy in the Honduras. Power to the people is more than just a campaign slogan.

The majority of the people support social democracy. What is important is the common weal – what is best for most of the people, rather than what is best for the greediest few -who almost always mercilessly exploit the people.

This is the end of the world for you guys. It is time for government FOR and by the people. We will never go back to the ways of yesterday. The global trend, in case you haven’t noticed is for us to move forward in the human rights arena. Your battle against that is as foolish as a battle against the rising sun.

Your side is sure to lose. Wake up my friend!

Chaos and destruction where ever you ppl go!!

you guys need to be in prison

  12. Uncle Sam  September 23, 2009 at 4:29 pm

What a shame that the golpista trouble makers are so afraid the truth that they are restricting basic freedoms of the Honduran people!

They are enemies of democracy and must get out of the way.

They might need to be locked up in Cuba or venezuela for the rest of their miserable lifes – maybe sentenced to hard labor in the fields for the people there.

  13. Honduras Democracy  September 23, 2009 at 4:20 pm

Zelaya has to accept the fact that he is no longer the President of Honduras. He also needs to acknowledge the Presidential elections which are to be held in November. The majority of the Hondurans want to put the past behind them and move forth by implamenting democracy!!!

  14. Rob  September 23, 2009 at 4:16 pm

Ur right, there needs to be a dialogue, but one that doesnt reinstate him, one that makes him face his crimes and face the courts.

  15. Al  September 23, 2009 at 2:57 pm

There has to be a dialogue. The Honduras crisis has brought shame to the whole international community, including the United States of America. True democrats must remain strong, if not the whole world will be taking over by the mobs that we see today on Honduran streets and claim to be the people while they are actually delinquents and anti socials who respond to the lowest passions that a human being can experience. We have seen this happening in a few latin american countries like Cuba, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia and Nicaragua. We will not allow this to happen in Honduras.
Hondurans, let us be democratic but also very perceptive and intelligent and face the situation at hand. We want peace..

I really enjoy this site. . . the info is precise. However, it is not updated as often as it should be. The curfew, as others have pointed out, has been lisfted for a few hours. We’ve known this since appx. 8:30 am this morning. You are still showing the curfew extension from yesterday.
