Minister María Antonieta Guillén extended a helping hand to hundreds of children and youth of the Norberto Guillén basic center, located in the village of San Francisco, and within the municipality of San Marcos de Colon, Choluteca.

This school is named after the grandfather of the Minister, who was a leading exemplary son of the town, and who pioneered the reconstruction and strengthening of what was then the community school.
