Honduras Will Play Peru at 7:15

The friendly against Peru will be Honduras’ second since qualifying and follows Saturday’s 2-1 win over Latvia in Tegucigalpa. Honduras has its full roster, which includes Italian-based attackers David Suazo and Julio Cesar de Leon, and Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Wilson Palacios.

A pro-Honduras crowd of 25,000 is expected for what may be the only chance for South Florida’s large Honduran population to see its team before South Africa. Matches against fellow qualifiers Argentina, Chile and South Korea are in the works. Other friendlies will be determined after Honduras learns its three World Cup opponents during the 32-team draw being held Dec. 4th in Cape Town.

Peru finished last in the South American World Cup qualifying, and is rebuilding its squad for the 2011 Copa America.
