Congress is now at 62 in favor of not reinstating Zelaya, 9 say yes.
At this point, there are 31 who believe Zelaya should not be reinstated, and 4 who believe he should be reinstated. Congress said they are not voting on whether Zelaya should be reinstated to the presidency, but rather on whether their prior decision to remove him from office was correct.
The National Congress is still speaking about the decision to, or not to, restore the former president, Manuel Zelaya Rosales to the executive position once again.
