Official A Still Unnamed in Bribery Case

The National Anti-Corruption Council (CNA) yesterday once again demanded the Public Ministry (MP) respond in the case of alleged bribery by former officials of LatiNode and the Honduran Telecommunications Company (Hondutel), and in particular, that they disclose the identity of the principal official involved, known as “official A”.

It has been rumored that there is no conclusive evidence about who official A is, but this only causes anxiety. The MP should clarify that if there is no evidence, there is none, but people want answers, according to the ANC officials.

This is causing a discredit to the institutions because there have been “no specific responses in the cases investigated,” said Oswaldo Canales, head of the CNA.

    Try this for a fit:
    Most of them.

Corruption is rampant in my so suffered Honduras, so it would not surprise me if most officials are this “A” guy.

It is not lack of evidence most likely, maybe too much evidence involving too many people, but definetly, in Honduras there can’t be lack of evidence of corrupion; Any body remembers that bridge over river Umuya.
