Lobo will meet with Arias, who was mediating the political crisis in Honduras at one time, and who outlined the San Jose Accord, at 6 pm in the private residence of the Costa Rican President, according to a statement issued in Costa Rica.
The Honduran presidential candidate, whose bloc has 55 deputies, has become a key player in recent events, as his influence could lead to the approval needed in Congress to reinstate ousted former President Manuel Zelaya.
It takes at least 65 favorable votes of the 128 deputies in Congress to return power to Zelaya.

if he votes z’liar back into office, he can kiss his wish to be President goodby.
z’liar will find some crisis to extent his presidency! maybe even assasinate the winner of the Nov. elections. As the obama administration has stated “never let a good crisis go to waste”.
so…… I wonder if Pepe got his $1,000,000 from chavez for his vote???
