Congress Honors Honduras Ambassador to the U.N.

The Honduras National Congress honored the Honduras Ambassador to the United Nations Organization (UN), Lizzy Flores Flake, for her outstanding work as Chief of the Diplomatic Delegation to the world body.

The award was recommended by the Vice President of Congress, Lena Gutiérrez, and backed by representatives who praised the performance of Flores before the world forum. Lizzy Flores Flake served as Vice President of Congress for the period of 2006-2010, and received the most votes to her position in the general election of 2005.
