Gonzalez-Ramirez was arrested Friday in Edmonton after his name and picture were distributed by federal Immigration Minister Jason Kenney the day before. Tips from the public indicated the 44-year-old was preparing to flee Edmonton once it was publicly revealed as his last known address.
