Green Alert in the Capital

Heavy rains have caused damage in the capital and will continue throughout this week, according to the National Weather Service (SMN). The mayor has decreed a “green alert” for the Central District,
and the population has been advised to take precautionary measures.

Forcasters say that the heaviest rain will be in the evening; people have been advised to carry an umbrella.
