Tropical Storm Richard has officially been named a hurricane, it is a category 1. Winds are at 85 mph. Hurricane Richard is affecting the Bay Islands with heavy rain and lighter than expected winds.
In LaCeiba moderate rains on and off all night and this morning a few showers and little bit of sun this afternoon, surprised there was very little wind. We were so lucky! We pray for our friends in Belize as Richard continues on at 90 mph directly toward them.. In Honduras we will never forget “Mitch”. its been 12 years on Oct 28….
