The Presidential couple was accompanied by the appointed Minister of the Presidency, María Antonieta Guillén, the Foreign Minister, Arturo Corrales, and Private Secretary to the President, Reinaldo Sánchez.

The meeting with the Pope is scheduled for Thursday; the delegation will return to Honduras Saturday afternoon on a commercial flight.
