The U.S. is sending personnel from the National Democratic Institute (NDI) and the International Republican Institute (IRI) to observe the elections on Sunday. A delegation of Cuban exiles will participate as international observers for the elections on Sunday, reported the Committee to Support Democracy in Honduras, located in the U.S.
