The Council of Ministers of Honduras, yesterday met at the Metropolitan Zoological Garden in El Picacho. President Porfirio Lobo Sosa afterward signed an important agreement relating to the zoo (also known as the Rosy Walter Metro Zoo) as witness of honor.
